About

We know you want to be an empowered home buyer. The problem is there’s a lot of confusing information out there and not understanding just one piece of it can lead to loan denial. Mortgage Zen exists because we believe you shouldn’t have to worry if you’re getting a good deal on your mortgage or whether or not your loan will fall through when you’re trying to make the biggest purchase of your life. We’ve spent over 20 years, helping thousands of customers finance their first and next homes. Our innovative Map6 process was developed by Donni Phommany, Mortgage Zen founder and industry expert, because he believes home buyers deserve to understand the insider information banks use to approve loans. When you work with us, we walk you through the six essentials that lead to loan approval, so you can submit your application with confidence. We know how stressful buying and moving can be, and that’s why we walk with you from loan approval to final closing, so you can focus on all the other significant details that come with making a life change. At Mortgage Zen, we’re here to help you avoid getting into a loan that puts an unfair price tag on your home ownership dreams or loan denials that derail your real estate investment portfolio. When you work with us, we do the heavy lifting to avoid the pitfalls and pave a smooth path for purchasing your first home or your next one.
